Processing your return

If you are not satisfied with your Outside Beauty & Skincare purchase, please feel free to start your returns process here.

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, however we do not cover return shipping.

  • If you have been granted a refund, please allow 14 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account.
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs. 
  • We don't offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, including a satisfaction guarantee as everyone's skin is different and therefore results may vary.
  • If you have been granted a refund, please allow 14 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account.

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, including those packages that are shipped to New Zealand. 

Damaged or Missing Items

We work our hardest to ensure the best possible shipping practises, but anything can happen once it leaves our hands!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer you a replacement. 

If your item is damaged, please take a photo and email us with your order number at hello@outsidebeautyskincare.com within 3 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used.
