Returns Policy

We want you to love our products, but if this isn’t the case, please contact us at We don’t offer refunds for change of mind. If you believe a product is not satisfactory for use (keeping in mind everyone’s skin is different and results can vary) please contact us. 

If you have purchased a product that fits any of the below descriptions, we will accept returns and provide you with your choice of an exchange, credit note or refund:

  • The product is either faulty, unsafe, contains a defect, or is not of acceptable quality, appearance or finish;
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose;
  • Or we are otherwise legally obliged to accept a return of the product under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law

Any issues with your order, e.g. damage in transit, wrong item sent, etc. please ensure you contact us within 7 days of receiving with your order number and provide a photo of the product. Any faulty or damaged items must be returned in their original packaging, no refunds will be given for used goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
